SPF holds eight privatization, 12 lease auctions for UAH 6.5 mln in first week of year
KYIV. Jan 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – During the first week of the year, the State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine held eight privatization and 12 lease auctions through the ProZorro.Sale platform, the total amount of winning proposals amounted to UAH 6.5 million.
According to the press service of the State Property Fund, the largest privatization lots were a labor and recreation camp in Odesa region for UAH 2.6 million (a 2.4-fold increase in prices), a district veterinary laboratory in Volyn region for UAH 1.8 million (an increase of 4.5 times), a building in Zakarpattia region for UAH 1.5 million (an increase of 135 times).
Among lease auctions, the Fund noted auctions for the lease of non-residential premises in Lviv region for UAH 40,000/month (price increase by 108 times), a basement of a building in Kyiv for UAH 15,000/month (an increase of 167 times), and premises of an administrative building in Kyiv region for UAH 8,400/month (doubling).
The Fund recalled that 19 auctions for privatization and 27 for lease are scheduled for the next week.
