Sound of explosion in Kremenchuk caused by elimination of previously downed missiles – mayor
KYIV. Aug 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Mayor of Kremenchuk (Poltava region) Vitaliy Maletsky has said that the sound of an explosion, which has been reported recently, was caused by the elimination of the pieces of the previously downed missiles.
"Many residents of Kremenchuk heard the sound of an explosion at around 17:30. It was the elimination of the pieces of the previously downed missiles. Thank you, the AFU [Armed Forces of Ukraine]! Stay calm and cautious, do not ignore the air alert signals!" he said on the Telegram channel.
