Some 33 occupiers, 31 pieces of equipment, two ammunition depots destroyed in southern direction – Pivden Task Force
KYIV. Sept 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 33 occupiers, 31 pieces of equipment and two ammunition depots in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions in the southern direction, the Pivden (South) Task Force reported.
According to the information, the aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted 13 strikes on the enemy, and a supersonic enemy Su-24M bomber was destroyed in Chkalove area.
"Rocket and artillery units completed 285 fire missions. Including, at three areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and equipment in Hola Prystan, Dudchany and Krynychanka, at ammunition depots in Dudchany and in Sadove, and at a drone control point in Komyshany," the summary says.
The Ukrainian military noted that the Kakhovka bridge and a crossing in Daryivka were under tight fire control.
The confirmed losses of the enemy are: 33 invaders and 31 pieces of equipment. In particular, the following were destroyed: 11 tanks, five Msta-B howitzers, Gvozdika self-propelled gun mount, 13 armored vehicles, and two ammunition depots in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
In the southern direction, an enemy attack was also repulsed in the direction of Arkhanhelske to Ivanivka. During the battle day, the enemy continued rocket-artillery, tank and mortar shelling of our positions and settlements along the line of confrontation. It also attacked both the forward and rear areas with aircraft.
"Kryvy Rih was hit by seven cruise missiles. A hydraulic facility and transport infrastructure were damaged, the enemy tried to create an emergency situation in the region. There were no casualties. The situation is under the control of rescue and emergency services. There is a liquidation of consequences. According to updated data, the enemy used Kinzhal and Iskander-type aeroballistic missiles for this missile strike," the Ukrainian military specified.
In the Black Sea, hiding in a missile-safe area, 15 warships are maneuvering, including two missile carriers, surface and underwater, with a total of 12 missiles at the ready. In addition, there are five large landing ships at sea.
