Since war start, construction of 66 new residential complexes begins in Ukraine – LUN

KYIV. Sept 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale military invasion in Ukraine, the construction of 66 new residential complexes or their new phases has begun, the construction of 107 objects has been completed, the LUN real estate portal reported.

According to the report presented during the LUN RED online meeting, most of the new facilities have been started in Lviv (13) and Zakarpattia (12) regions. In Khmelnytsky region, the construction of six residential complexes has begun, and in Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, and Zakarpattia regions – five residential facilities.

At the same time, the construction of only two new complexes has started in Kyiv, and four in Kyiv region. There are no new construction projects in Sumy, Zaporizhia, and Volyn regions. In other regions, the construction of two or three new facilities has begun, the report says.

LUN notes that since the beginning of the new phase of the war in Ukraine, the construction of 107 residential complexes or their stages has been completed. Most of the objects were completed in Lviv region – 24, Kyiv region – 14 and Ivano-Frankivsk region – 13. In Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions, six residential complexes have been completed, and in Kyiv city – five.

In other regions, the number of completed residential complexes during the war is two to four, while in Zaporizhia, Odesa and Sumy regions – only one in each of them.
