Shkarlet urges teachers to take conscious, balanced approach to vaccination
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet urges teachers to consciously and deliberately approach the issue of vaccination and not to delay it, according to the press service of the ministry.
"The new school year continues in the usual format. However, it depends on each of us whether it will continue so, on compliance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, on a conscious attitude to our health and the health of people around us," Shkarlet said.
The Minister also said that staying in the normal routine was a common desire, and that one of the key ways to achieve this goal was vaccination against COVID-19.
"Once again, I urge teachers to consciously and deliberately approach the issue of vaccination and not to delay the protection of themselves and their children. Thank you to everyone who chooses safety, who cares about their teams, colleagues and all other participants in the educational process," Shkarlet said.
