Shareholder of Ukrainian Alfa-Bank places two issues of eurobonds for $100 mln
KYIV. Sept 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – ABH Ukraine Limited, the owner of a 42.4% stake in Alfa-Bank (Kyiv), on September 21 registered two issues of eurobonds totaling $100 million with quarterly coupon payments on both issues.
The press service of the bank reported that the company placed loan participation notes maturing on July 5, 2024 in the amount of $50 million (ISIN XS2388153558) and maturing on January 22, 2025 in the amount of $50 million (ISIN XS2388153715).
The press service said that the level of yield on the issues reflects the current situation in the international capital markets. The eurobonds were issued under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The bank recalled that as of September 21, 16 issues of ABH Ukraine Limited are in circulation, including 14 denominated in U.S. dollars, and two in euros. In addition, 13 issues were repaid.
