Securities and Stock Market Commission allows shares of Amazon, Bank of America, Johnson&Johnson, Chevron, The Goldman Sachs Group, another ten intl companies to circulate in Ukraine
KYIV. Oct 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine at a meeting on October 28 made a decision to admit 14 foreign securities to circulation on the territory of Ukraine, the regulator’s press service said on Thursday.
According to the report, the start of circulation in the Ukrainian regulated and unregulated markets of such globally known companies as Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Caterpillar Inc., Bank of Ameriсa Сorporation, Chevron U.S.A. Inc., Citigroup Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, Derre&Company, CSX Corporation, Exxon Mobil Corporation, DOW Inc. Intel Corporation, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., McDonald`s Corporation, Johnson&Johnson.
"The leading companies’ entrance to the Ukrainian market will undoubtedly strengthen the list of possible instruments for our investors. Although we are primarily aimed at filling the market with securities of domestic issuers, we consider such a replenishment of the list of instruments to be a positive signal," Head of the commission Ruslan Magomedov said.
Now 73 foreign securities are admitted to circulation in Ukraine, the full list can be found on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
