Second case of monkeypox registered in Ukraine

KYIV. Sept 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The second case of monkeypox has been registered in Ukraine.

As the Ministry of Health reported on its website, a patient is currently hospitalized.

"According to the patient, the rash appeared at the end of August. However, a visit to a hospital took place a few days ago," the ministry said.

The first case of monkeypox was registered on September 15. The indicated cases, according to preliminary data, are not related.
