SBU identifies almost 900 invaders who commit crimes in Kyiv region

KYIV. May 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The SBU has identified almost 900 Russian invaders who committed crimes against the civilian population in Kyiv region, SBU spokesman Artem Dekhtiarenko said.

"The Ukrainian intelligence service has all the information on the occupiers, as well as evidence of their atrocities. Currently, data on the involvement in crimes of more than 2,500 rushists, whose units were based on the territory of Kyiv region, are being checked," Dekhtiarenko said in a video message posted on Monday in the telegram channel of the SBU.

According to him, the SBU continues to document every Russian invader. "Investigators and operational units of the Service interviewed about 7,000 witnesses of enemy atrocities. The SBU also exposed about 100 collaborators who helped the enemy in Kyiv region," Dekhtiarenko said.

The speaker of the Ukrainian intelligence service said that in order to continue work on documenting the war crimes of the invaders, the SBU opened a separate hotline.
