SBI reports suspicion of negligence to one of its employees
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State Bureau of Investigationы (SBI), during a pretrial investigation into malpractice, reported the suspicion to one of its employees.
"Before serving in the SBI, the employee held the position of an investigator of one of the State Fiscal Service departments in Mykolaiv region. It has been established that at the previous place of service during the pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings, the investigator allowed the illegal sale of maize seized during searches weighing more than 1,200 tonnes," the press service of the SBI informs.
So, due to his negligence, the state budget suffered damage in the amount of UAH 4.7 million.
