Russia's missile strike on Chaplyne train station full of civilians fits pattern of atrocities that to be held accountable – Blinken
KYIV. Aug 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the missile attack on the railway station in Chaplyne, Dnipropetrovsk region, is characterized as an atrocity for which Russian officials will bear responsibility.
"Russia’s missile strike on a train station full of civilians in Ukraine fits a pattern of atrocities. We will continue, together with partners from around the world, to stand with Ukraine and seek accountability for Russian officials," he said on Twitter on Thursday night.
