Russian troops destroy Cultural Centre Railwayman in Kharkiv – monument of architecture in constructivism style
KYIV. Aug 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian troops destroyed Kharkiv Palace of Culture Railwayman with rocket attacks on Thursday morning, head of Ukrzaliznytsia Oleksandr Kamyshin said on Telegram channel on Thursday.
"It was built 90 years ago. A monument of architecture in the style of constructivism," the message says.
Before the war, there were numerous children’s clubs in the Culture Center.
