Russian part of agricultural company's assets worth UAH 4.6 bln transferred to ARMA
KYIV. Aug 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A part of the charter capital of an agricultural company owned by a Russian citizen worth UAH 4.6 billion has been transferred to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), according to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine (PGO).
"The prosecutors have transferred to ARMA the corporate rights of an agricultural company worth UAH 4/6 billion. This is a part of the company’s charter capital owned by a citizen of Russia," the PGO said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
It also noted that the pre-trial investigation into the criminal case on legalization of incomes received by means of crime (Part 2 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is being conducted under the procedural guidance of Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
"A court has seized the assets at the prosecutors’ request," the PGO said.
