Russian invaders lose 29 servicemen, four tanks, a combat vehicle of landing force in Ukraine’s south

KYIV. Sept 8 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupiers in the southern regions of Ukraine have lost 29 servicemen, four tanks and an amphibious assault vehicle over the past day, the Operational Command South (Pivden) reports.

"Our rocket and artillery units in the course of performing firing tasks during the night hit the control point, the area of concentration of enemy rocket and artillery weapons and two pontoon bridges in Daryivka and Kherson. The confirmed losses of the enemy are 29 ruscists, four tanks and a combat vehicle of the landing force," the message posted about the current situation as of 13.00 on September 8 says.

It clarifies that the ship grouping of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea has increased the missile threat – three surface launch vehicles equipped with 24 Kalibr missiles remain on combat duty.

"It is obvious that in the tactics of the enemy against the background of defeats in one direction – to use missile strikes as a means of fire damage and moral pressure on the civilian population. Being aware of this, do not ignore the air raid sirens, follow the algorithms and rules of action, check the reliability of the information received through its confirmation in official sources. Do not produce or distribute unnecessary information about the actions of our units, forecasts and options for the development of combat events. Do not help the enemy have a good sense of direction, be wise and focused," the operational command said.
