Russia releases 10 foreigners captured in Ukraine, with mediation of Saudi Arabia – media
KYIV. Sept 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russia on Wednesday, September 21, released 10 prisoners captured in Ukraine, Reuters reports.
According to Saudi officials, the prisoners were released through the mediation of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
According to Al Arabiya, the plane with the released prisoners of war has already arrived in Riyadh. Among those released are five British citizens, two U.S. citizens, as well as citizens of Morocco, Sweden and Croatia.
