Russia preparing for covert mobilization in temporarily occupied territories of Crimea – AFU General Staff
KYIV. Jan 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian Federation is preparing for covert mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported.
"In particular, in the city of Sevastopol, IT specialists, financial workers and other specialists who had reservations from mobilization began to receive notices from military commissariats," the summary published on Friday morning says.
In the temporarily occupied territory, the enemy continues to use the network of civilian health facilities to treat its wounded military.
It is known that in Novopskov of Starobilsky district of Luhansk region, the aggressor deployed a "field hospital" in the premises of the local maternity hospital. According to available information, more than 300 servicemen and mercenaries of the private military company Wagner are being treated in the so-called "hospital".
Over the past day, the AFU aviation has carried out 21 strikes on enemy concentration areas and seven on the positions of anti–aircraft missile systems. Also, the Ukrainian military destroyed three Lancet-3 type UAVs.
The units of the missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit six control points, eight enemy concentration areas and enemy ammunition.
