Ruling Georgian Dream party winning at local elections in Georgia – electoral commission
TBILISI. Oct 4 (Interfax) – The Georgian Central Elections Commission finished counting ballots in 1,446 out of 3,743 polling stations as of Sunday morning after polls closed Saturday night in the country’s local elections.
The ruling party Georgian Dream is winning 48.56% of the vote, and the opposition’s United National Movement 31.23% at this point, the CEC said.
