Rolls-Royce will allocate UAH 13 mln to restore outpatient clinic in Sumy region
KYIV. Aug 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG and its employees will finance the restoration of an outpatient clinic destroyed by shelling of the Russian army in the village of Khukhra (Sumy region), Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.
According to him, the cost of the project is UAH 13 million. Part of the funds for the upcoming work has already been collected by Rolls-Royce employees, the rest will be provided by the company itself.
"A land plot has been allocated for a new modern outpatient clinic. The procedure for obtaining technical specifications for energy and other permits is ongoing, in accordance with the current building codes and regulations," Tymoshenko said on Telegram.
He also noted that a tender for construction and installation work will be announced in September, and the outpatient clinic itself is to be opened by the end of 2022.
The project is being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Sumy Regional Military Administration, the Kyiv School of Economics and the Chernechchyna territorial community.
