Ribas Hotels Group withdraws from Ibiza Apartments project in Odesa
KYIV. Aug 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group has terminated cooperation with the Prostranstvo development company (both are based in Odesa) to manage the five-star Ibiza Apartments, which will be built at 1A, Arkadiyska Alley in Odesa.
"Ribas and Prostranstvo terminated cooperation. The companies disagreed on the implementation of the future hotel. The companies fully fulfilled their obligations to each other on the first stage – pre-project preparation," Ribas Hotels Group told Interfax-Ukraine.
The operator plans to continue working with developers.
"By the end of the year, we will present three new projects in three cities of Ukraine, including Odesa," Ribas said.
As reported, in July 2021, the developer and the management company signed a memorandum on the technical support and management of the Ibiza Apartments project. According to its terms, Ribas Hotels Group planned to provide management support at all stages of construction and operation of the hotel in accordance with the chain’s standards.
