Reznikov thanks Denmark for creating Fund to help Ukraine
KYIV. March 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On Wednesday, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov thanked Denmark for creating a DKK 7 billion ($1.01 billion) Assistance Fund for Ukraine to provide military, civilian and economic assistance.
“Thank you to the Danish Parliament, Government & the Danish people for the establishment of Ukraine Support Fund. 7B DKK in military, humanitarian, and economic assistance will help us in these difficult times,” Reznikov said on Twitter.
He noted that strong and democratic Ukraine will make Europe secure and prosperous.
