Respublika Park trade center postpones opening until Nov 12
KYIV. Sept 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Respublika Park shopping and entertainment center at 1 Velyka Kiltseva Highway Street in Kyiv has postponed its opening from October 26 to November 12, 2021, the press service has reported.
"Despite the difficulties of the market, the team is doing everything possible to launch the project on time," Yulia Schaslyva, the CEO of the shopping and entertainment center, said.
According to the report, the facility has already been put into operation, the occupancy of commercial premises is 75%.
The Respublika Park shopping and entertainment center is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Kyiv, with a total area of 300,000 square meters, a rent area of 135,000 sq m. Among the tenants of Respublika Park are the Neopolis family entertainment theme park (10,000 sq m), a Multiplex cinema (8,400 sq m), a Silpo supermarket (10,000 sq m), more than 500 stores of famous international and local brands, a cinema and about 50 restaurants, the total area of the food zone is 9,300 square meters.
The commissioning of the Respublika shopping and entertainment center, the construction of which began in the spring of 2012 at 1, 1-a, 1-b Velyka Kiltseva Highway Street in Kyiv, was planned in the fourth quarter of 2014, and was later postponed to March 2015. This project was suspended in 2015. The works were resumed in 2020.
