Repeated auction for privatization of UMCC to be held on Oct 29 – SPF
KYIV. Aug 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Auction Commission of the State Property Fund of Ukraine at a meeting on Monday determined a new date for the privatization auction for the sale of United Mining and Chemical Company JSC (UMCC). It will be held at 11:00 on October 29, the press service of the SPF has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The State Property Fund will achieve the goal set to carry out the privatization of the UMCC in 2021, which is why we have provided all opportunities for potential investors, including foreign ones, to take part in a transparent auction," Deputy Head of the Fund Taras Yeleiko said, commenting on the new date at the request of Interfax-Ukraine.
According to him, potential investors will have enough time to properly approach the auction, in particular to properly prepare documents and send applications for participation in it.
