‘Referendums’ on joining Russia to be held in so-called ‘DPR,’ ‘LPR’ from Sept 23 to Sept 27
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The so-called "referendums" on joining Russia will be held in the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" from September 23 to September 27.
This decision was made by the so-called "people’s councils" of fake republics on Tuesday.
