Razumkov to instruct Stefanchuk, Kondratiuk to hold Rada meetings while he is placed under self-isolation
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov plans to instruct First Deputy Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk and Deputy Speaker Olena Kondratiuk to hold plenary sessions of parliament while he is placed under self-isolation.
"While I am under self-isolation, there will be an instruction to the deputy and first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the holding of plenary sessions until I can return to their direct holding," Razumkov said at a meeting of Rada faction leaders on Monday.
