Razumkov intends to create new political force
KYIV. Oct 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Former Parliament Speaker, MP Dmytro Razumkov (Servant of the People faction) has announced his intention to create a new political force.
"We will unite, we will move forward, we will … return people, including in parliament, to the fact that there are those promises that people expect from us … I have the strength for this, I also have time, a desire, and a team. Hopefully there will be more. And I will do everything so that people’s trust, not even a rating, but trust does not fall," Razumkov said in the Narod Proty (People Against) program on the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel on Thursday evening.
Answering a clarifying question, whether it is about a parliamentary group within a faction or about a separate political force, the MP said: "I think that I will find strength in the state in order to further develop and still do what we promised to people."
Razumkov stressed that at present many people trust and support him.
"There are those who joined me, who have been with me since the distant 2019, without changing their positions … It was we who actually created the program with which they went to the presidential and parliamentary elections, and people believed it. People believed us that we will move forward. Unfortunately, today … they really departed from the principles, but not all. I remained faithful to my principles," the MP said.
