Rada to request Zelensky to provide state protection to ex-intelligence officers who documented participation of Russian military, mercenaries in war against Ukraine
KYIV. Dec 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada supported and submitted to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky a request from MP Roman Kostenko (Holos faction) to provide state protection to ex-employees of the Defense Intelligence Agency of Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, who carried out reconnaissance activities to document the participation of the Russian military and mercenaries in the war against Ukraine.
Kostenko’s request was supported by 236 MPs, and 239 supported its submission to the president, an Interfax-Ukraine agency correspondent reported.
