Rada to meet for one plenary week in January

KYIV. Dec 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The MPs have made changes to the calendar of their work and instead of the previously planned two weeks, there will be in the plenary session in January next year.

A total of 276 MPs voted for the corresponding resolution No. 6381.

According to the decree, instead of the plenary week of January 10-14, MPs will work with voters.

According to the work plan of the Verkhovna Rada in December, next week, on December 20-24 MPs will also work in committees, commissions, factions and groups, on December 14-17 – in the plenary week mode, on December 28-31 – with voters.

In January, the plenary week is scheduled for 18-21 days.

According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the 7th session of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation should open on February 1, 2022.
