Rada may in near future approve admission of foreign units to Ukraine to participate in military drills in 2022 – Minister of Defense
KYIV. Dec 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada has the opportunity, in time, by the end of the year, to approve the admission of foreign units to the territory of Ukraine to participate in the exercises in 2022, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has said.
"The profile committee approved the draft decision on the admission of foreign units to participate in the exercises [on the territory of Ukraine]. Soon this document (presidential decree) will be submitted to the session hall, last time this decision was made at the end of January. Now there is an opportunity to adopt it on time. I ask you to support," Reznikov said during an hour of questions to the government at a plenary session of parliament on Friday.
