Rada Interim Investigative Commission, dealing with materials on Wagner PMC case, to take place in a week, to be devoted primarily to Ilovaisk tragedy – MP Bezuhla
KYIV. Sept 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The next meeting of the Interim Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada on the investigation into possible illegal actions of representatives of state authorities and other persons against the sovereignty of Ukraine, which, in particular, is studying materials on the case of mercenaries of Wagner PMC, will be held in a week and will be devoted primarily to the Ilovaisk tragedy, its chairwoman Maryana Bezuhla (Servant of the People faction) said.
"I want to note that at the moment the Interim Investigative Commission is taking a break in meetings for the next week to process the data, that information, summarize the available materials. The next meeting of the interim investigative commission will take place in a week and will be devoted, first of all, to Ilovaisk, battles for Ilovaisk and the tragedy that took place in Ukrainian history," Bezuhla said at a briefing on Friday evening.
At the same time, she clarified that for the next meeting "our intelligence will prepare data on what exactly and how it was reported to the leadership during this period [battles for Ilovaisk], and this will make it possible to compare what decisions were made."
