Rada denounces Ukrainian-Belarusian intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in technical protection of info
KYIV. April 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada has terminated the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the field of technical protection of information.
Corresponding draft law No. 0179 was supported by 288 deputies at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada on Monday, MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak (the Holos faction) said on Telegram.
The bill also terminates the intergovernmental Ukrainian-Belarusian protocol, which amended this agreement.
The agreement was signed in Minsk on January 22, 2003.
