Rada allows to demobilize those military who have third child during war

KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada has provided for the possibility of demobilization for servicemen who had a third child during the martial law in Ukraine.

The adoption of relevant bill No. 7678 was generally supported by 331 deputies at the plenary session on Tuesday, its initiator, member of the European Solidarity faction Oleksiyt Honcharenko said on his Telegram channel.

According to the amendments to the law "On Military Duty and Military Service", one of the grounds for dismissal from military service during a special period is the presence of three or more children under the age of 18.

The main purpose of the document is to allow those citizens who had a third child during the mobilization to be demobilized. At the same time, the law provides that demobilization in this case will be carried out exclusively at will, that is, the state will provide an opportunity to continue service even taking into account the presence of three children.
