Putin signs decree on partial mobilization in Russia
KYIV. Sept 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization in the Russian Federation, mobilization activities will begin on September 21, citizens who are in the reserve will be called up for military service.
During an appeal to the citizens of the Russian Federation, he said that the corresponding order had been signed. Mobilization activities will begin on September 21.
"Only citizens who are in the reserve will be subject to conscription. And above all, those who served in the armed forces, have certain military specialties and relevant experience," Putin added.
