Projected revenue from gambling licenses in 2022 down by almost 90% versus 2021 target – draft state budget
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The draft state budget for 2022 projects the receipt of UAH 762.984 million from payments for gambling licenses to the state budget, while the state budget for 2021 provides UAH 7.4 billion for this source of income.
This is evidenced by bill No. 6000 on the state budget for 2022, posted on the website of the parliament.
In general, the government proposes to increase tax revenues to the state budget 2022 to UAH 1.1 trillion compared to UAH 959 billion in the 2021 state budget, non-tax revenues have been increased to UAH 150.4 billion compared to UAH 134.7 billion expected over 2021.
As for tax revenues, the bill envisages establishing a target for individual income tax in the amount of UAH 160 billion, corporate income tax – UAH 137 billion, royalty for the use of natural resources – UAH 46.3 billion, excise tax on excisable goods produced in Ukraine – UAH 84 billion (including UAH 53.6 billion from tobacco products), value added tax (VAT) on goods and services produced in Ukraine, taking into account budgetary refunds – UAH 166 billion, and VAT on imported goods – UAH 398 billion.
