Power engineer killed by explosion of Russian tripwire in recently liberated Balakliya – town council
KHARKIV. Sept 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A power engineer from Kupyansk Distribution Zone, Oleksandr Strilets, has been killed while on duty restoring the critical infrastructure in recently liberated from the Russian occupation Balakliya, Kharkiv region.
"He was blown up by a tripwire left by the enemy. He paid a heavy price while doing his job, saving other people. Rest in peace! Sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased!" Balakliya Town Council said on the Telegram channel.
