Poltavpyvo almost quadruples its net profit in 2022

KYIV. April 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Poltavpyvo Firm (Poltava) increased its net profit almost ащгк times in 2022, to UAH 81.46 million from UAH 20.69 million a year earlier.

According to the announcement of the annual meeting scheduled for April 24, the shareholders were offered to send part of the profit in the amount of UAH 3.267 million to reserve capital, and leave the remaining UAH 78.189 million undistributed.

As of the end of 2022, the enterprise increased its retained earnings to 214.30 million, which is 1.7 times more than a year earlier.

The assets of the enterprise in 2022 grew by 24.5%, to UAH 414.39 million, including due to an increase in accounts receivable by 29.5%, to UAH 61.66 million and inventories by 29.4%,- to UAH 75.07 million.

Free cash almost doubled to UAH 104.23 million from UAH 52.47 million, while fixed assets slightly fell to UAH 170.05 million.

The company managed to increase equity capital by 29.6% to UAH 361.96 million, and its noncurrent liabilities decreased by 35.4% to UAH 11.67 million, while current liabilities increased by 17.7% to UAH 40.77 million.

According to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the owner of 96.5309% of shares is Emporium-P LLC (Poltava). Previously, this enterprise belonged to the Russian Stavroprol Brewery, but in 2019 the Cypriot Armico Beer Ltd became its owner. In the annual report for 2021, Rasul Ebzeev was listed as its 100% owner, but in 2022, the director of Poltavpyvo, Vasyl Lavrychenko, was listed as the beneficiary in the public register.

Another 1.7108% at the end of 2021 was owned by the Cypriot Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited, and another 1.7583% of the shares were owned by 414 persons.

The Poltavpyvo firm said that on April 14, 2022, Emporium-P withdrew its head, Magomet Khasanov, who served as the general director of the Stavroprol Brewery and Emporium-P itself, from the Supervisory Board of the PrJSC, and appointed Liubov Pohromska instead.

Then, in June last year, Khasanov also resigned as director of Emporium-P, and was replaced by Yulia Podvorchan.
