PMs of Slovenia, Croatia planning joint visit to Ukraine
LJUBLJANA. March 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob and Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković may visit Kyiv together in the near future, the Slovenian Prime Minister told reporters at a joint press conference with his Croatian counterpart on Wednesday following the talks.
Plenkovic added that the two countries have very similar views on the situation in Ukraine.
The Prime Minister of Croatia is paying a working visit to Slovenia. According to Slovenian media, the talks in Brdo pri Kranju focused on issues of energy, migration and economic cooperation between the two countries.
In particular, the prime ministers agreed to sign an agreement on solidarity on gas supplies. Slovenia also expressed interest in cooperation to increase the capacity of the terminal for receiving liquefied natural gas on the island of Krk (Croatia).
