Over past day, 14 violations of silence regime in Donbas recorded, Ukrainian soldier receives combat injury – JFO HQ

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past day, Russia-led forces in Donbas violated the silence regime 14 times, Ukrainian soldier received a combat injury. Since the beginning of the current day, the regime of silence has been observed, the JFO headquarters press center reported.

"Over the past day, October 31, some 14 violations of the ceasefire regime by the Russian occupation forces were recorded, four of which with the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements […] As a result of hostile actions, one soldier received a combat injury. The soldier is in a medical institution. His state of health is satisfactory," the headquarters’ Facebook page said in the morning report on Monday.

According to the Ukrainian military, during the day the enemy opened fire from grenade launchers of various systems, mortars of 82-mm and 120-mm caliber, large-caliber machine guns, anti-tank missile systems and small arms.

In addition, in Luhansk region, an unmanned aerial vehicle, probably "Orlan-10", was seen flying over the disengagement line.

"As of 7:00, November 1, no violation of the ceasefire regime has been recorded," the headquarters said.
