Over 81% of school workers fully vaccinated against COVID-19 – Education Ministry
KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – More than 81% of employees of general secondary education have received a full cycle of vaccination against COVID-19, according to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
"As of today, November 15, 2021, according to operational information, more than 528,000 employees of general secondary education institutions have received a full cycle of vaccination against COVID-19, or more than 81% of their total. At least one dose of the vaccine was administered to 95.4% of school workers," the message says.
It is reported that the best statistics of the full cycle of vaccination of teachers are demonstrated by: Kharkiv region – 90.9%; Cherkasy region – 90.3%; Donetsk region – 89.9%; Dnipropetrovsk region – 88.3%.
The anti-leaders in terms of the number of unvaccinated teachers today are Rivne region – 8%, Ternopil region – 7.1% and Zakarpattia region – 7%.
