Over 150,000 occupiers destroyed since start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine – AFU General Staff
KYIV. March 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past day Wednesday, March 1, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 715 Russian invaders, two tanks, 20 armored vehicles, five artillery systems, one MLRS, three UAVs and seven vehicles. In total, since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion into Ukraine, some 150,000 people of the enemy’s air force have been destroyed, the General Staff said.
“The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to March 2, 2023 were approximately: personnel about 150,605 (715 more) people liquidated, tanks some 3,397 (two more) units, armored combat vehicles some 6,658 (20 more) units, artillery systems some 2,398 (five more) units, MLRS some 480 (one more) units, air defense systems some 247 units, aircraft some 300 units, helicopters some 288 units, operational-tactical UAVs some 2,058 (three more), cruise missiles some 873, ships and boats some 18 units, automotive vehicles and tankers some 5,264 (seven more) units, special vehicles some 230,” the AFU said in the morning report on Thursday.
