Oschadbank issues 2,000 mortgage loans for UAH 1.4 bln since year start
KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Since the beginning of 2021, state-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) has issued 2,000 mortgage loans in the amount of UAH 1.4 billion, which is twice more than in the corresponding period last year in terms of the number of agreements and three times more in terms of sum, the bank’s press service said on Tuesday.
According to a report, the largest number of loans was issued in Kyiv, as well as in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
It is indicated that under the Affordable Mortgage 7% program since the beginning of the year, the bank has issued 201 loans in the amount of UAH 180 million.
According to the statistics of the National Bank, as of September 1, 2021, in terms of total assets, Oschadbank ranked second in the rating (UAH 254.538 billion) among 72 banks operating in the country.
