KYIV. Dec 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The state-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv-based) intends to purchase 110 armored operational collection vehicles under a simplified procedure for the expected amount of EUR 10.846 million.
According to the announcement in the ProZorro system, the deadline for submitting proposals is December 20, 2022. The auction will be scheduled after December 15.
The delivery time for the equipment is until December 27, 2023.
An advance payment of 80% is provided after the signing of the contract, the remaining 20% will be paid in stages for each unit of goods accepted by the buyer.
According to the terms of reference, Oschadbank intends to purchase new cash-in-transit vehicles based on the Ford Transit Chassis Cab MCA 470 L3 LWB chassis with a turbodiesel engine.
The passenger compartment should consist of an armored capsule to accommodate a crew of three, cargo – made as a combination of two safes ("collector" and "safe for storing valuables").
According to ProZorro, Oschadbank at the beginning of 2022 planned to purchase 92 similar special vehicles for UAH 215.6 million. On February 24, it published a protocol for the disclosure of tender proposals, where the only participant – ViDi Unicomers LLC – offered a car for almost the expected amount (UAH 2.34 million per car).
For obvious reasons, the auction was cancelled, but in June the bank concluded an agreement with this company based on the results of re-purchasing 92 vehicles (for EUR 7.36 million).
