Osadchy increases his stake in Odesa cannery to 46.44%

KYIV. March 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Oleh Osadchiy, who at the end of 2020 was the head of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Production Association Odesa Cannery (OKZ), increased his stake in the enterprise from 26.871% to 46.4% of the authorized capital.

As indicated in the report of OKZ in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, at the same time the share of Oksana Mateiko fell from 19.569% to zero.

According to information in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the largest shareholder of OKZ is Liudmyla Rovinska, who owns almost 50% of the shares.

OKZ is a major player in its market, producing products under the Soyuz Agro, Gospodarochka, and Soyuz Morey trademarks. The company said that for many types of products it has switched to a full production cycle, including growing vegetables in the fields. It also produces halva, juices, sauces, ketchup, and tomato paste.
