One person killed, 10 injured, about 30 houses damaged amid shelling in Kyiv region – region’s head

KYIV. Oct 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – One person was killed and ten injured as a result of rocket attacks by Russian occupiers on the territory of Kyiv region on Monday morning, head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba.

"The air raid siren lasted for more than five hours. As a result of the massive attack, two critical infrastructure facilities, about 30 residential buildings, one administrative building and a warehouse of a private enterprise were damaged in the region. As a result of the shelling in Kyiv region, 10 people were injured, another person was killed," wrote head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba.

According to him, there will be planned power outages in Kyiv region, which will be warned in advance. A shutdown schedule is currently being prepared.

"All emergency services are working on the ground. In case of an air raid siren, immediately go to shelter," the head of the regional administration added.
