Occupiers trying to isolate civilians in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine from alternative sources of information – AFU General Staff
KYIV. Jan 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces are trying to isolate the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine from the access to alternative sources of information, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has said.
"The Russian occupiers are trying to isolate the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region from the access to alternative sources of information. Along with shutting off all Ukrainian television channels, the invaders made available only services of Russian mobile network operators," it said.
Also, the Russian occupiers have intensified search for their deserters in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
"Under the guise of search for Ukrainian saboteurs, the invaders also perform raids in the settlements of Kherson region," the General Staff said.
