Nova Poshta issues C-series bonds
KYIV. Jan 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Nova Poshta, the leader of express delivery in Ukraine, intends to place the third issue of bonds in its history – series "C."
As the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market reported on its website, it registered a closed issue of Nova Poshta C-series nominal interest-bearing ordinary unsecured corporate bonds on January 24.
Information about issue parameters is not yet available.
As reported, in 2020, Nova Poshta issued B-series bonds for UAH 700 million with maturity on February 28, 2023, a coupon rate of 16% per annum and a frequency of payments four times a year. It was noted that 40% of the funds raised will be directed to the construction of logistics centers, and 60% – to their automation. The underwriter was Raiffeisen Bank.
