No new strains of coronavirus identified in Ukraine – Liashko
KYIV. Jan 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – No new strains of coronavirus have been identified in Ukraine, Health Minister Viktor Liashko has said.
"There are no new types of the coronavirus strain in Ukraine today, it is not circulating in our country. We can state this officially: no new strain has been detected from the biological material that comes to us for research," he said on the telethon on Wednesday.
Liashko also said that the number of hospitalized with coronavirus in Ukrainian clinics currently fluctuates on average at the level of 3,500 patients.
