No negotiations with current Russian elite after ICC judgement – Podoliak
KYIV. March 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The judgement of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin means that there can be no negotiations with the Russian elite, Adviser to the head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak believes.
“The legal fixation of the ‘Russia’s current president’ as an obvious international criminal directly means: no negotiations with the current Russian elite; no return of Russia to world politics in its pre-war status; no lifting of sanctions as long as the ‘face of Putin’ represents Russia,” he said on Twitter on Monday.
