No electricity and water supply in Poltava, there are outages in region – local governor
KYIV. Oct 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As a result of a massive missile attack on Monday morning, Poltava has no electricity and water supply, Dmytro Lunin, head of Poltava regional military administration, has said.
"Now there is no electricity and water supply in Poltava. There are outages in the region. There may be problems with electricity and water for some time, but all services are already working on restoration," Lunin wrote on his Telegram channel.
He urged residents to stay in shelters during the air raid.
"Strikes on energy facilities are the tactics of a terrorist state that knows how to fight only against the civilian population," the head of the regional military administration stressed.
