NHSU funding to grow by UAH 35 bln in 2022 to pay higher salaries for doctors – Radutsky
KYIV. Oct 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Financing of the healthcare system, which is carried out through the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) in 2022, will grow by UAH 35 billion to pay higher salaries for doctors, Head of the Parliament Committee on Public Health, Medical Assistance and Medical Insurance Mykhailo Radutsky says.
"The NHSU tariffs will be raised by UAH 35 billion next year precisely to pay such a salary," he said on the air of the Savik Shuster’s Freedom of Speech program on Friday evening.
Radutsky said that the minimum wage for a doctor will be UAH 20,000.
