NFP increases profit by 4.7 times in Jan-Sept
KYIV. Oct 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant (NFP, Dnipropetrovsk region) in January-September this year increased its net profit 4.7 times compared to the same period last year, to UAH 3.634 billion.
According to an interim report of the company, published in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on Thursday, over nine months of 2021, net income increased by 83.5%, to UAH 16.805 billion.
Retained earnings by the end of September 2021 reached UAH 6.492 billion.
Over nine months, NFP produced 39,438 tonnes of ferromanganese and 470,922 tonnes of ferrosilicon manganese. At the same time, 141,364 ferroalloys were sold in the domestic market, and 358,891 tonnes were exported.
